HOW'S IT GOING?

Are you inching along?

OR
Are you flying high?

I hope things are going well for you.  If you are a writer, I hope that words are flying out of you and onto your computer or into a notebook orr that you are relishing in revisions.  If you are not a writer, I hope you are finding joy and happiness in your careers and families.  If you are a cat or a raccoon I hope you have plenty to eat and someone who loves you...

May wonderful things happen for you this upcoming weekend my friends...Do you have any special plans for the weekend?

  1. I think I am 'inching along' this week Sharon. Very busy at work and I am looking forward to this weekend. I am doing family photos for a friend's 80th birthday party in my home town. I think it will be fun.

I hope you are planning on a special weekend as well friend!

  2. Inching at the moment. So frustrating. A bit caught up in the madness of life, but also research. All necessary, but I wish I could just write away.

  3. I'm glad tomorrow is Friday. Been a crazy week juggling all sorts of projects. I'm heading into the homestretch with my high school reunion. That's on Oct. 23. I have some last minute details to take care of, like calling the caterer for final count etc. Busy weekend ahead with a couple of dinner engagements. I do hope to squeeze in a run and some golf. Oh, and breakfast with my friends on Saturday. Forgot about that. You have a super weekend, too, and make sure you check my blog tomorrow for a special guest post I know you will love. LOL, B

  7. My little ms is in the hands of it's first beta-reader, so I am happily reading and taking a little writing vacation. Except for the fact that I'm trying to catch up with my Story A Week project.

I hope you are flying high and that you have a wonderful weekend to look forward to, Sharon!!

  15. Lovely post! I'm inching along but would love to be flying high with my writing.

I know the raccoons around here are very happy, though - they seem to have no problems getting around any of the locking devices on our compost bin!

  16. inching along hehe. I will try to fly high if this concussion ever goes away. What if I damaged my frontal lobe for good?!

Also. Are the clues for my halloween contest too vague?

  18. Hi Sharon,
Or as the title of your blog would be in Canadian, 'How's It Goin' Eh?' lol
My fingers will be a dancin' on my little old keyboard, over the weekend. My 'talking' dog has read this blog and thanks you very much for sharing it with us.
Now please make sure you have a peaceful and positive weekend:-)

  20. I have been flying high these last two weeks with my blog tour for Animal Sound Mix-up! Many thanks to you again, Sharon, for being such a wonderful part of it! I get to share my book and some fun with kids at a fall festival tomorrow and am looking forward to it. Hope you have a beautiful weekend and fly high as well!

  21. Mmmm ... definitely not soaring... not inching... more like millimetering along :)

  22. I don't quite think I'm inching... I think I'm going backwards or outright stalled. :) The writing is at the end of revisions, and it's making me work for it. But that's okay. Maybe it's stretching my brain and skills, and that's a good thing.

I hope your weekend is going (went?) well, too. :)

  23. I'm going slow but steady. SOmetimes that's the best way. Even out the mountains and the valleys and keep that steady pace going.
