I'd like to thank Nicole for blog sitting while I was in the Dominican Republic for the last 6 days...I'd like to thank everyone for stopping in and chatting with Nicole too.
I missed you guys...and promise you an awesome post in a couple days with loads of photos. The Dominican Republic is wicked awesome...(just sayin!!!)
What is the best beach you've ever been to?
welcome back!! :)
ReplyDeleteI've been to so many gorgeous beaches, and there are several that I can choose for different reasons.
ReplyDeleteIn the Caribbean I have to admit Santa Domingo did have some of the most gorgeous beaches.
But I think my favorite were the rocky beaches of the Greek islands. There is something so amazing about the sapphire blue Aegean Sea and white washed stucco houses.
What a fantastic way to escape the winter blues...

Hi Sharon! Welcome home! I'm glad you had a good time and I can't wait to see your pictures. LL certainly missed you. :) Being a dedicated beach bum, there are lots of wonderful beaches around the world that I absolutely love. Of course, being a Jamaican, I must cast my vote for the world famous Negril. "Talk" with you soon!
ReplyDeleteLucky you! And welcome back!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! That sounds lovely, and pictures would be nice. It's pretty cold and dreary here.
ReplyDeleteI could so use a vacay. Welcome back kiddo. Hope you're rested and ready to roll.
ReplyDeleteI don't really do beaches but my fav one is on the west coast of Scotland near Culzean Castle. It's all rocky and has the most fabulous caves that you can go exploring in :-)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to hearing about your trip

Hi Sharon,
ReplyDeleteNice to know you're back and had a lovely time in the Dominican Republic. Look forward to your next post.
The best beach I have ever been to is 'Long Beach' on Vancouver Island near a beautiful town named Ucluelet. It's in an area called the 'Pacific Rim National Park'.
Take very good care.
In kindness, Gary :)
Welcome back Sharon! Looking forwad to your pictures :-) Any beach is good for me. I'm not picky ;-)
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! Right now my favorite beach is 45 min. drive from the apartment. I'm ready for the weather to turn a bit warmer so we can load up the kids and hit the sand and waves.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to go there. My favorite beach was in Corfu, Greece.
ReplyDeleteI demand pictures ;P
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog where my writing friends know me by my real name or The Desert Rocks. I think my favorite beach was in the Bahamas.
ReplyDeleteDominican Republican sounds great!

Beaches! So many to choose from. I guess I'd pick one of the nameless wilderness beaches littered with whale bones and walrus ivory on the West Coast of Alaska. It's a little chilly for swimming :-)
ReplyDeleteI live about a mile from an idyllic beach that never has more than a handful of visitors. Many of which are otters and seals. Montana de Oro is part of the California state park system and at the moment is still free to the public. All that is about to change, alas.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment on my blogpost about bogus agents. I look forward to hearing more about the Dominican Republic!
Welcome back, Sharon! Can't wait for those pictures!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! I'd love to see the pics.
