Pace yourself today. I'm not talking about writing or even cleaning your house. I'm talking about eating. Eat slowly, enjoy each bite. Have a little of everything (as long as you're not allergic to the ingredients). You can go back for more. Drink plenty of water. If you are going to partake in alcoholic beverages, choose a designated driver. (I'd miss you if you were gone!)
