It's funny, when I was thinking of X's for a good friend (because I was wondering where you would go with it earlier) I thought of 'xenophile'. We're on the same wavelength :-)Melissa Sarnohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11215683401795724259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8449147139519589668.post-24167464010555395142011-04-29T02:16:30.995-05:002011-04-29T02:16:30.995-05:00Sharon, an excellent post. Xenophobia is a lurking...Sharon, an excellent post. Xenophobia is a lurking danger here in South Africa. We have so many refugees coming from the northern countries like Zimbabwe and Malawi to find work, and there is such tension. It's like apartheid has returned to lay its insidious evil on our beloved land again. There are a lot of community education programmes going on to help eradicate this danger. As you say...no-one wants a friend who has xenophobia.

X is for Xhosa, which is Nelson Mandela's tribe. Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was born in Transkei, South Africa on July 18, 1918. His father was Chief Henry Mandela of the Tembu Xhosa Tribe, which makes Tata Mandela royalty.

Judy, South AfricaJudy Croome | @judy_croomehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17455755011354905278noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8449147139519589668.post-2034973645938519892011-04-28T21:25:21.512-05:002011-04-28T21:25:21.512-05:00hi miss sharon! wow thats a pretty big x word. for...hi miss sharon! wow thats a pretty big x word. for sure i love traveling and going places. for my X word im saying i like a friend that xtra special like you. :)

...xtra big hugs from lennyLenny Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12822588007434789481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8449147139519589668.post-15538458504736136102011-04-28T20:04:11.227-05:002011-04-28T20:04:11.227-05:00Hi Sharon,
