Intriguing! Loved the "mysterious little wind ruffling my hair" bit, as well as the ransom note reference. :)Carol Riggshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14092209912983783974noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8449147139519589668.post-80436442400564006112012-04-14T05:02:56.375-05:002012-04-14T05:02:56.375-05:00You have an interesting start to the story. You mention it sitting on an algebra book and then further down it's caught at a funny angle on a stack of books. I was a bit confused on that.

Susanne
PUTTING WORDS DOWN ON PAPERAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8449147139519589668.post-31819545117024074502012-04-12T23:16:50.038-05:002012-04-12T23:16:50.038-05:00Okay. I'm late commenting and did not want to taint my thoughts, so I did not read any of the other feedback.

The seventh hour of school I guess? If the paper is on the algebra book, wouldn't it be flat? So how could it be at a funny angle? And you said it was on a (algebra) book, but then you say it is on a stack of books. Plot hole, no, but it needs to be changed a bit, I think. The story sounds interesting. (I'm a mystery buff) I love the feel of it. I hope to see it in the bookstore one day. :-)Robyn Campbellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17356555082768185840noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8449147139519589668.post-25535922022793801582012-04-12T22:18:12.740-05:002012-04-12T22:18:12.740-05:00I love that you kept the message and the picture &...I love that you kept the message and the picture "hidden". I'm trying to put those two together to really see how this note appears.TC Aveyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01686886257486186821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8449147139519589668.post-9423911169924211902012-04-12T18:47:08.904-05:002012-04-12T18:47:08.904-05:00I love present tense writing, so that was an immed...I love present tense writing, so that was an immediate draw for me.
